Pinot Noir combined with the clay-limestone soils of Menetou-Salon produce a supple, well-balanced red wine with notes of red fruit.

Ageing in 1 to 4-wine oak barrels nurtures wonderfully smooth tannins and a subtle spicy finish. Serve with white meats or cheese.
