Sancerre White Élégance

This wine is made from our oldest vines, planted over 50 years ago by our grandfather André, on the Terres Blanches terroir. These parcels are selectively harvested and the vinification is very carefully monitored. Fermentation and ageing take place in 500-litre oak barrels.
