Sancerre White Silex

This single-terroir cuvée is made 100% from flint-based soils, the most prized sector in the Sancerre region, on our Crot à l’Âne plot to the south of Sancerre. Thanks to precise vinification, it offers exactly what we’re looking for from this terroir: vivacity with wonderful mineral character, that typical ‘gun flint’ quality, plus remarkable length on the palate. It is sure to delight wine-lovers as an accompaniment to seafood or fish, but you can just as easily choose to enjoy it on its own.
