Pouilly Fumé Sélection

We select grapes from our oldest vines, planted over 40 years ago on Terres Blanches terroir. These parcels are selectively harvested and the vinification is very carefully monitored. Fermentation and ageing take place in 500-litre oak barrels.

Pouilly Fumé SÉLECTION has a deep golden colour, richness and complexity. Surprise your guests with this wine, which is perfect as an aperitif, or with fish or blue cheese.
